Delta Air Lines recently took center stage at Billboard's the Stage at SXSW for three nights at the Moody Amphitheater, demonstrating its commitment to premier experiences for SkyMilesⓇ members both in-flight and on the ground. In partnership with Billboard, Delta has transformed the concert experience, focusing on comfort, convenience and access to more rewards for its members.
Traditionally, concertgoers have endured long lines to get in, but this year, Delta rewarded attendees who were SkyMilesⓇ members with fast-track access, ensuring members could skip the lines and gain priority quickly. Additionally, while attendees waited, Brand Ambassadors circulated and served refreshments.
For those not yet participating in the SkyMilesⓇ program, Delta Brand Ambassadors and Red Coats welcomed them to sign up and participate in the enhanced concert experience, ensuring everyone can enjoy the perks and benefits of being a SkyMilesⓇ member.
Members also earned entry to the SkyMilesⓇ Lounge, which provided a place to relax and connect. At the oasis, Delta offered complimentary inventive cocktails from a select drink menu, including Journey After Landing and Chasing Sunsets, along with great snacks like black pepper meatballs with truffle cream and tajin-spiced popcorn.
Inside the lounge, attendees indulged in personalized experiences, including a custom embroidery station where they could create their own bandanas and hats, which served as cherished mementos of the evening. Their presence truly brought the Delta experience to the concert itself, providing a warm welcome and thoughtful moments for our SkyMilesⓇ members. Interacting with these representatives added an extra level of joy for those who attended the event.
