Denzel Carrey announced on Wednesday (June 5th) that he plans to retire King of the Mischievous South Vol. 2 on July 19, and released the mixtape's lead single “Hot One” featuring TiaCorine and A$AP Ferg.
The song, produced by FNZ and SkipOnDaBeat, was performed by the trio earlier this week during On the radar “The scandalous cypher.” And in fact, TiaCorine's verse has been made into a clip and has already gone viral, further proving that she's one of the prettiest shorties doing it right now.
According to the press release, the follow-up to the fan-favorite mixtape King of the Mischievous South, Vol. 1 will feature Denzel rapping in the persona of Big Ultra — an elevated version of Raven Miyagi, the name given to him by Raider Klan founder SpaceGhostPurrp. And judging by the unreleased footage we heard in the recent On the Radar freestyle, the Raider Klan sound is alive and well.
The tape pays homage to the South and features some of the region's best, old and new, as well as others whose style has been influenced by Dirty. Fellow former Raider Klan member Key Nyata, Memphis legends Juicy J and Project Pat, Texas' Maxo Kream, That Mexican OT and Mike Dimes, North Carolina's TiaCorine, Atlanta's 2 Chainz and Kenny Mason, South Florida's Ski Mask The Slump God and PlayThatBoiZ A$AP Ferg and A$AP Rocky will make all their appearances King Of The Mischievous South Volume 2.
