At some point, it has to be recognized that the main reason the two-decade beef between Benzino and Eminem refuses to die down is that Benzino refuses to stop talking about it.
Just last month the “Who Is Benzino?” The rapper had a tearful emotional breakdown on set Drink Champs because he was supposedly tired of talking about his Caucasian opponent, who he said he had “no problem” with at the time. But then he was right back in business with Slim Shady right after. Now, the 58-year-old is taking his beef with Em to the latter's hometown of Detroit, posting Instagram photos and shots of himself at Em's Italian restaurant Mom's Spaghetti, where he bought bags of food so he could. tell his followers that the spaghetti was “horrible.”
“Mark this date. #Rapelvis Video coming soon… [spaghetti] it was horrible,” Zino captioned a photo posted to IG that showed him flipping the bird on Em's restaurant logo. Apparently, the former Mad Men cast member didn't think there was anything untoward about spending his money on food from Em's eatery—which essentially puts it in the Music to be murdered rapper's pocket—while giving the restaurant free advertising.
From Pulse:
Zino also uploaded several other behind-the-scenes clips of his music video, showing him spewing more disrespect at Em's establishment. The previous The Source owner appears to be ordering bags of food from the spot. In another clip, he takes a bite out of a pint-sized order of spaghetti before crumpling it up in disgust. Another clip shows the 58-year-old Hip-Hop icon stealing one of the store's signs.
Meanwhile, outside of a casual diss track, Em seems much less invested in this beef than Zino is. Well, you know, maybe it's time to let it go, bruh.
