Huffington Post it is reference that the disgraced business tycoon is facing yet another sordid charge. On Monday, Oct. 28, a man filed a claim alleging that Diddy exploited a 10-year-old boy in 2005. According to the documents, the child, an inspirational performer at the time, traveled from California to New York with the parents in hopes of secure a record deal. He says that during an informal audition for the founder of Bad Boy Entertainment, the boy was allegedly given a soda filled with some kind of drug. After consuming the drink, she says she passed out and would later wake up to Combs threatening his parents if they reported the incident to authorities.

Diddy's reps have responded to the lawsuits in a exclusive statement to Rolling Stone Magazine. “The attorney behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention and not the truth, as is evident by his continued appearances in the press and the 1-800 number,” Combs' media team wrote in an email. “As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — male or female, adult or minor.”
Didi's trial is scheduled to begin in 2025.
