Sean “Diddy” Combs and his ongoing legal issues have taken on many layers since his arrest, including a series of new lawsuits alleging a variety of criminal activities. In one of the latest lawsuits, a John Doe claims a star pro athlete stopped Diddy from sexually assaulting him at a Ciroc brand event.
Page six reports that the lawsuit filed by John Doe, who is said to be a luxury car salesman and rental jewelry broker, alleges that Sean “Diddy” Combs hosted a Ciroc launch party in 2022. According to the lawsuit, Diddy allegedly invited the man to a private office suite where he removed his pants and exposed his private parts.
“Combs continued to approach and then grabbed Plaintiff's genitals through his pants, squeezing them in a rough and sexual manner,” a portion of the lawsuit states. The account from John Doe continues with him recalling for his part that as Combs allegedly continued to crowd into his personal space, the star athlete entered the room and stopped the mogul from further assaulting John Doe.
John Doe wrote in the legal filing that Combs was one of his clients, though it's unclear which of his businesses were under Combs' protection in the past. He added that Didi left the party after the athlete intervened.
This latest lawsuit comes after a weekend of new testimony, including a woman who said Combs, a famous male and female celebrity, allegedly raped her during an MTV Music Awards afterparty when she was 13 in 2000.
Through his legal team, Combs maintains his innocence in a statement to the agency that read: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, male or female.”
