It seems all done in one Didi party, stayed at a Diddy party. The non-disclosure that all participants were allegedly required to sign has been leaked.
TMZ has acquired what they think is the deal the disgraced music mogul used to keep his celebrations private. The three-page document reads like your standard NDA and prohibits the people you want from talking about what they might have seen or heard while attending a Diddy event. This includes sharing any information with their friends, family, business associates, colleagues and spouses. “You hereby irrevocably agree that you will not under any circumstances disclose directly or indirectly to anyone any of the following information,” it states. “Artists, artist parties and/or artist business activities, entertainment activities, financial affairs and/or personal life.”
Diddy's NDA also prohibits the signatory from revealing any secrets through interviews or writing books. Additionally, the terms of the legally binding document extend far beyond Diddy's death. “The term of this Agreement and the obligation to keep all information confidential and not to use Prohibited Material shall begin on the first date above and continue for the life of Artist plus twenty (20) years or seventy (70) years, whichever is longer. “
Last year, former Danity Kane member Aubrey O'Day revealed that in order for Bad Boy Entertainment artists to get their publishing rights back, they had to sign an NDA. During her interview at Only Stans podcast read the document saying he should be “released [Diddy] for any claims or offenses or actions prior to the release date.”
Diddy's trial is set to begin in May 2025. You can read the NDA obtained by TMZ here.
