DJ Koze is finally back with a new album. Music can hear usthe continuation of 2018 Knock Knockarrives April 4 via his own label, Pampa. Leading the LP is a long-running collaboration with Blur and Damon Albarn of Gorillaz. watch it”Pure Love” video below.
Albarn said in a press release, “This tune has gone through a profound transformation in recent years. I liked it like an egg. I loved it as a caterpillar. I loved it as a nymph. and i still love it. Thank you, Koze.”
Koze added, “With a proper slow cooking and stripping, we finally came up with this great song. If you're in a hurry, go slow they say. Thank you, Damon, for walking this path with me.”
No album tracklist has been announced yet. the disc is described in the press release as “a 64-minute return trip through space.”
