Anok Yai also plays one of Scott’s love interests in the visual, which the rapper directed
Travis Scott has so many baddies that he gets confused about which one he’s with. On Tuesday, the rapper released the music video for Utopia‘s “I Know?,” which stars Emily Ratajkowski and Anok Yai as two of his lovers.
The Dave Meyers and Scott-directed video opens with suspenseful music before showing the rapper and Ratajkowski lying down in separate rooms after a fight. The pair engage in similar activities— playing video games, working out, smoking a joint — simultaneously.
The video shows Scott with a different partner, played by Yai, as he switches between the two women. “I’m lookin’ at her, when her startin’ to turn to you (her),” he raps. “Now you startin’ to fuck up my mind, is it you, is it her?”
The new music video follows the release of “Topia Twins” featuring Rob49 and 21 Savage earlier this month. He also released videos for “Hyaena” and “Modern Jam” back in August.
Scott released his LP Utopia in July, featuring songs like “K-Pop” with the Weeknd and Bad Bunny and “Telekinesis” with SZA and Future. “While Scott is a masterful curator, he’s just an OK rapper,” read a Rolling Stone review of the LP. “Those two realities are discordant for too many moments on Utopia.”
The rap star started the year by joining Playboi Carti on the single “Backr00ms” on New Year’s Day. Carti was also featured on Utopia’s “Fein.” Scott is also featured with Metro Boomin on 21 Savage’s “Née-Nah” and is featured in Kid Cudi’s Insano song “Get Off Me.”
