Bob Bryar, My Chemical Romance's longest-serving drummer, who played in the band from 2004 to 2010, has died at the age of 44.
According TMZBryar was found dead in his Tennessee home on November 27. He had last been seen alive on November 4, and an Animal Control member reportedly discovered the body. TMZ reports that foul play is not suspected as all of Bryar's weapons and music equipment were left intact in his home, and a medical examiner is conducting an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Bryar joined My Chemical Romance after the release of Three cheers for sweet revenge in 2004, replacing Matt Pelissier. He toured extensively with the band and contributed to their hit 2006 album, The black parade. It also appeared on MCR's fourth album, 2010. Days of Danger: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoysas well as its collection of rarities, Conventional weapons.
