Job opportunity:
Hey, what’s up? This is JOP and this is how it went with my song “Secreto Victoria.” We were in Mexico City and I remember we were in the studio working on the production of the song “Bella.” And we got a little irritated. We left two producers downstairs and went upstairs and started writing that song. I remember Diego started spitting a flow and then we finished the song. It was like 30 minutes.
The inspiration behind the lyrics of that song, I remember we were in Mexico City with Diego, Angel Ureta, George—those are some of my writers on my label—and the inspiration for that song was the same inspiration for the album, But don't fall in loveYou know what I mean? The song was produced by Rabba, Charly, Twenty9, myself and Streamline Records, the whole crew. It’s my crew. I just work with my crew most of the time. I work outside of the house from time to time, but most of the time it’s just my writers, my producers.
When we did this song, “Victoria’s Secret,” the melody and everything, the lyrics were so catchy. I remember thinking, “I want that song on the album.” I sent it off to be produced. They sent it to me and it had Jersey Club on it because they knew I wanted Jersey Club on a lot of these songs.
