Over the years Nardwuar the Human Serviette has become a cult favorite for his entertaining and hilarious interviews with your favorite rappers. Recently, the eccentric Canadian celebrity journalist caught up with one of your favorite British ATLiens, 21 Savage.
While 21 Savage has a few albums under his belt, most know him as a man of few words. Throughout the interview he proved to be just that as his answers and responses were short or just a 'yes'. Still, Nardwuar got him talking as they tightened it up about Savage filming “Redrum” in his native England and his 21-year-old mother, who was DJing in London in the 1990s (that sucks) and they presented Savage with a poster. of his first ever concert in Atlanta in 2016.
We're surprised he was able to get his hands on this poster.
While 21 Savage didn't really seem engaged in the interview, it was still pretty entertaining. The way Nardwuar's voice sounds during these powwows is hilarious in itself. We even discovered that SWV is 21 Savage's favorite R&B band. Who knew?
