Now we know who the top 10 players are NBA 2K25and are the usual suspects, but there is some debate about the placement of the player on this list and who is once again in the top spot.

The top ones enter NBA 2K25 have been revealed, and once again, taking the top spot on the annual list is none other than Denver Nuggets big man and last year's MVP, Nikola Jokić, at 97.
Jokić maintains his top spot with a score of 97, down one point from his overall score of 98 in NBA 2K24. He shares that position with fellow Europeans Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks and Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks. Both players' ratings are up from last year, with Doncic at 95 overall and Antetokounmpo at 96.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder and Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers are not far behind, both having a combined rating of 96.
The GOATs, LeBron James and Stephen Curry, are still in the top 10, earning 95 total ratings, along with the reigning champions Boston Celtics and NBA 2K25 cover athlete Jayson Tatum.
Rounding the list
Kevin Durant of the Phoenix Suns and Anthony Davis of the Los Angeles Lakers have a combined rating of 94, rounding out the top 10. The Lakers are the only team with two players on the list.
Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker, Minnesota Timberwolves Anthony Edwards, and New York Knicks' Jalen Brunson, with 93 overall ratings, just miss out.
San Antonio Spurs phenom Victor Wembanyama now has an overall rating of 91, up from 84 at NBA 2K24.
WNBA superstar A'ja Wilson remains the highest rated player with an overall rating of 99.

Of course, the announcement of the ratings brings a lot of thought to them, something that Ronnie 2K and the development team behind the game look forward to every year.
Agree or not, we all know these numbers are not set in stone and some of these players will see their numbers increase or decrease based on their play during the 2024-25 season.
