Justin Timberlake has canceled his next concert scheduled for Dec. 2 at Oklahoma City's Paycom Center after suffering a back injury. It's the eighth date postponed this fall for Timberlake's The Forget Tomorrow world tour, which kicked off in April.
“I'm so sorry Oklahoma City… I have to cancel the 12/2 show. I hurt my back in NOLA and the doctors have advised me to rest a little more. Thanks for your support – you all know I hate doing this,” she wrote in a statement shared via an Instagram story on Saturday (November 30). A new date has not yet been announced.
In late October, Timberlake canceled six dates (Columbus, Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul, and Grand Rapids) on The Forget Tomorrow World tour, citing a bout of bronchitis and laryngitis, and rescheduled those shows for 2025.
That illness came after he canceled a show in Newark, New Jersey in early October due to an injury he said prevented him from performing. Luckily, he was able to reschedule and show up there just a week later.
Timberlake is currently set to return to the stage on December 4th in Houston, Texas.
His tour will last until December 20th before taking a break for the holidays and picking up again on January 13th. The trip has Timberlake traveling across North America and bringing his live performance to festivals in South America and Europe.
