Kanye West has filed to trademark a phrase inspired by his wife Bianca Censori.
The rapper has filed several trademark applications for a new phrase apparently inspired by Bianca, 29.
According to DailyMail.com, the phrase will be used as a slogan to launch a wide range of products and services, including moisturisers, “biological cloning”, and plush toys.
Kanye filed nine separate trademark applications for the phrase “I MISS YOU WHEN I WAKE UP BEFORE YOU” on 11 January.
According to the outlet, the goods and services listed in the applications range from technology and science to fashion.
Kanye’s lawyer, Gregory K. Nelson, confirmed to DailyMail.com that he filed the applications on behalf of the same company he has used to file trademarks in the past, Ox Paha, Inc.
The trademark application has been accepted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office but has yet to be assigned to an examiner.
Kanye, 46, recently shared the phrase on Instagram, using it to caption a photo of Bianca, an architectural designer, celebrating her 29th birthday earlier this month.
The Grammy Award winner owns a number of trademarks, including his name, several of his nicknames, his YEEZY brand, and more. He even filed a trademark application for 2020VISION after announcing he would run for president in the run-up to the 2020 election.
