Loaded Lux, one of the top names in the Battle Rap sport, was reported dead by a YouTube streamer, but it appears that was not the case. Loaded Lux has been confirmed to be very much alive, however, it is said that one of his family members was shot and killed recently.
Through Sub 0 BLACK URBAN NEWS YouTube channel host Sub 0 shared the story of a Washington, DC TV station about a shooting over the weekend that left two men dead. In his report, Sub 0 said Lux was one of the victims of the fatal shooting.
As the news began to spread online, colleagues and others close to Lux shot down the rumors and said one of his family members was killed on Sunday (March 17). It is not known if the victim in that shooting was actually a relative of Lux.
On Tuesday (March 19), Lux's name started trending with many of the responses knocking down Sub 0's mention and saying that this was an influence-chasing moment for the streamer. Furthermore, media such as Gully TV, who spoke to Un Kasa, revealed that Sub 0's report was false. Some online are also criticizing Gully TV for using “RIP Loaded Lux” in their report thumbnail.
As news continued to spread on X, formerly Twitter, people began taking personal photos on Sub 0 to spread the news of Loaded Lux's death. The reactions are still pouring in and we have some of them listed below.
