Many Eyes, the new band formed by former Every Time I Die singer Keith Buckley, have announced their debut album, The age of lightwhich will be released on September 6. The single “Harbinger” is already available to listen to.
Picking up where he left off on Every Time I Die, Buckley leads a ferocious brand of metalcore in his new band, and “Harbinger” is perhaps the group’s most aggressive song to date. A relentless pummeling of thrashy riffs and sharp leads echoes Buckley’s soul-crushing screams, who sounds as desperate as ever here.

“'Harbinger' feels like the end of the world is happening all of a sudden, and that's what the lyrics are about,” the singer said in a press release.
About the recordings for The age of lightBuckley was joined by drummer and multi-instrumentalist Nick Bellmore and his brother, guitarist Charlie Bellmore. Nick also produced the record, with Hatebreed's Jamey Jasta serving as executive producer.
As for Many Eyes' live lineup, Nick Bellmore takes over on drums, with bassist Sean Vallie and guitarist Craig Vittori rounding out the quartet (after the band parted ways with Charlie Bellmore). The band recently announced a run of U.S. tour dates in fall 2024 to support Sum 41's final tour, but will kick things off with a trio of headline shows on August 29 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, August 30 in Chicago, and August 31 in Omaha, Nebraska, before joining the tour (get tickets here). here).
