A massive crane suspended the largest disco ball we've ever seen above III Points' Mind Melt stage, a radiant beacon that served as a testament to the festival's fearless quest to reach new heights.
The event, which celebrated its 11th year on October 18-19, paid tribute to Miami's eclectic arts and culture scene. Local and international artists performed in a wide variety of genres, including house, funk, techno, hip-hop, bass and more.
III Points 2024 featured 11 diverse stages around Miami's arts district, all packed with L-Acoustics speakers that were tuned to perfection. The crystal-clear sound was the cherry on top of each artist's performance, completely immersing fans in the audio-visual experience.
Perhaps the musical highlight of the entire weekend was Justice's highly anticipated performance. Their live performance featured timeless dance classics and energetic songs from their latest album, hyperdramaexpertly combined with some of the most cutting-edge set designs in the industry. An avalanche of lights and lasers danced to take on new shapes as the duo's iconic silhouettes anchored the performance.
Another highlight was Jamie xx's set. He played songs from his new album, in wavesincluding hits like “All You Children” and “Waited All Night.” The renowned producer demonstrated his tastemaking skills by combining a variety of tempos to keep us on our toes while creating an innovative and avant-garde experience.
On Friday night, a storm broke out as Jungle performed their signature soulful blend of funk, electronica and disco. The crowd didn't let the weather bother them one bit, and dancing in the rain beneath the disco ball instantly became a central memory.
Other notable III Points performances included HorsegiirL, Mochakk, PAWSA, Beltran, and EDM.com Class of 2024 stars Sara Landry and Of The Trees.

Beyond music, III Points also provided a variety of artistic experiences. Inside Mana Wynwood's warehouse, “Mokiworld” Mokibaby It transported us to another dimension, full of chrome, rainbows and retro-futuristic aesthetics.
The warehouse also featured a skating rink, the “Full Moon Motel” which houses Red Bull's Unforseen stage, the III Points Players Club and 444, a special L-Acoustics x Apple Music stage with three exclusive four-hour sets per night.
III Points described 444 as “a dance floor outside of time and space,” featuring sets from Seth Troxler, D33 with Danny Daze and Maher Daniel, Yu Su and more. The space acted as a powerful ode to sound culture, with masterfully tuned speakers placed around the room.
“Unlike conventional mixing, which combines audio between the left and right channels, L-ISA enables a sound experience in which the stereo image is precisely distributed throughout the room; positioned, scaled and moved with infinite flexibility, within a three-dimensional space”, III Needles explained about the 444 specifications.

Outside, we immerse ourselves in the artist-made Age of Union black hole experience. Kelly Nuneswhich featured an LED tunnel leading to a black hole projection chamber.
Within the artwork, Jacques Green's signature song, “Ligo,” played as the images ignited a theme of interconnectedness with the universe. The experiential artwork reminded us that while humans may be small dots in the grand scheme of space, we play a dynamic role in the environment and must appreciate the delicate dance necessary to balance our impact on the world.
All said and done, III Points continues to impress year after year. The festival's world-class production, lineup and artistic offering left us in awe. Under the glow of the enormous disco ball, it was hard not to feel immense gratitude and appreciation for Miami's diverse cultural scene, which brings together people from all walks of life through the lens of music and art. We felt the pulse of the city throughout the weekend at III Points.
