Rick Ross sounds like he's open to reconciling with Drake.
During an appearance at Caresha please with Young Miami, Ross talked about the infamous incident in Vancouver and his relationship with Drake.
When asked if it would take just one phone call between the former partners, Ross said he might consider it. “I don't know, it depends on how I feel. If I had Luc Belaire [champagne] already that morning, it might be a good day,” Ross told the former City Girl. “If I haven't, you never know, you know what I'm saying? Because that's how the game goes, that's how it is. F— ta or whatever it is. But other than that? I don't lose sleep over any of this sh–.”
He was even more vague when discussing how his beef with the Toronto rapper came to be. “Not everyone understands… the opportunities they have. Some n—as take sh– for granted. I don't know what it is,” he said. “All those who are loyal to me or have fallen for me, you know, this is something that I extend for longevity.”
Adding, “I just think when you're not really from the streets and you don't really understand the way certain things work sometimes, you could take sh– for granted. Then two months later, they'll look crazy on you. … This sh– could really just be a phone call. A lot of that sh– could be a misunderstanding, but when you jump out there? I don't know, my friend.”
They then talked about the unfortunate backstage fight after Ross' show in Vancouver, where he said the friends he usually travels with couldn't make the trip. “All these houses of mine [usually travel] with me, they n—since they couldn't come because of their felonies,” he said in Miami. “If I had but two or three more of my houses with me, we would have stripped them — like their drawers and their stockings.”
