Just in time for her upcoming debut at Belgium's iconic Tomorrowland festival, KASIA has released a new single, “Drowning.”
The Polish producer has established herself as a melodic techno powerhouse in a short time, with her debut release “Concussion” hitting streaming platforms just over a year ago. Since her debut, she has graced stages around the world and has been part of the lineups of Afterlife, elrow, Zamna, Drumcode and Ultra Europe, among others.
“Drowning” is out now via Armada, marking her return to Armin van Buuren’s venerable record label following 2023’s “Universal Nation.” Driven by a hypnotic and mysterious production, the song brings a seductive melodic energy to the table with hard-hitting beats and complex synth arpeggios, ultimately delivering an irresistible techno anthem.
“I wrote ‘Drowning’ over a year ago and have kept it as my secret weapon for my own sets,” said KASIA. “Now, it’s finally time to release it to the wider world. I’m happy that it’s coming out on Armada Music, marking my return to the label after releasing ‘Universal Nation’ with them. ‘Drowning’ is a powerful fusion of hard-hitting stabs, inspiring melodies and emotionally charged vocals.”
