The pursuit of influence has reached an all-time high. youtubers, Prieto Hunter he's known (sort of) for buying abandoned storage units and flipping whatever he finds. From shoes, jewelry, and in his recent discovery, a Grammy dam. Yes, you heard that right, Hunter found a Grammy in an abandoned storage unit. This wasn't just any Grammy, this was the 2019 Grammy for Best Rap Performance won by Nipsey Hussle & Roddy Ricch for “Racks In The Middle.” Now, anyone who has tapped into Hip-Hop knows ANYTHING to do with Nipsey should be treated with love and respect. Rightfully so, as Neighborhood Nip was and is a legend in Hip-Hop. However, Prieto Hunter chose to shop around and find out.
After the video was posted, it immediately went viral. According to Roddy Richthey caught on too early and reached out to him to try and get the Grammy back in his possession. The Box rapper claimed his assistant was in a fatal accident and the Grammys were a mistake. Once they received a response from the YouTuber, he immediately came up with a price, starting with asking for an Audemar watch. Crazy right? No, he followed it up by asking for a BAG, $50,000 to be exact. After Ricch refused to be reinstated for 50k, they finally agreed to give the YouTuber some money if he brought back the Grammy as well as the clothes he found in the storage unit.
When it came time to give back Roddy Ricch's possessions. Hunter shot with several police officers and two cameramen to capture the moment. Returning the Grammy but keeping the clothes in his possession. The West Coast rapper soon took to Instagram Live to clear up the whole story after the internet tried to accuse him of threatening the Youtuber:
