Sanguisugabogg has returned with the new independent single and video “Permanfully Fucked”.
The death metal upstarts have never shied away from the profane and grotesque, both in music and imagery, which is why “Permanfully Fucked” and its gory video are very characteristic of the band.

This is old school death metal, complete with the obligatory deep guttural vocals, horrible lyrical content, and excessively tight snare. Tectonic breaks of death are another trademark of the 'bogg, and they make sure to include a couple of those mosh-inducing sections in this five-minute extreme metal workout.
“The meaning of the song is a drastically disproportionate way to show how much you love someone,” the band revealed in a collective statement. “We were inspired by the song from the 2018 horror movie. Pet where Dominic Monaghan's character offers himself as Ksenia Solo's character's vice so that she can torture and humiliate them and they are tied to her cage so that she does not release the impulse to murder someone instinctively and is not arrested or imprisoned for killing. people.”
This premise is replicated, to a certain extent, in the aforementioned music video. Primarily an austere performance clip, there are also brief cuts to a caged figure oozing enough blood to disturb some viewers (although, to be fair, you're asking for it if you're pleasing Sanguisugabogg in the first place).
The single: the band's first new music since 2023. Homicidal ecstasy — arrives ahead of Sanguisugabogg's upcoming tour opening for Lorna Shore. Dates start in September (get tickets here).
