Because sometimes the best things in life are determined by pure chance, NITTI and Myles O'Neal have joined forces for a rare event in Los Angeles.
The unlikely duo, one of them a Grammy-nominated producer and the other a rising dance music star, will celebrate their birthday tonight at the famous Academy club in Los Angeles, where each of them will perform special DJ sets in a 360° scenario. Tickets are on sale now, but first O'Neal is celebrating early by releasing a new song, “All I Need.”
With hypnotic soundscapes and a resonant bassline, “All I Need” brims with the underground value of house music. Its pulsing bassline anchors a soulful vocal chorus that echoes primal human longings (“you're all I need”), delivering a dancefloor mantra for those fleeting, sweat-soaked moments when you're burdened. They dissolve and nothing else seems to matter.
O'Neal is currently preparing to make his debut at the iconic EDC Las Vegas festival, where he will perform two performances throughout this weekend. Released independently, his new single was created for a “popular video game” in partnership with D.AWN and 404, according to a press release. It is the only song featured on a single playable map within the game.
“This collaboration is a coming full circle moment for me because a lot of us grew up playing video games,” O'Neal said. “It's an honor to have my music performed in such an environment, and it's something I can remember for the rest of my life and be very proud of.”
