The game was one of West Coast Hip-Hop's most vocal champions, but fans couldn't help but notice that he was noticeably absent from Kendrick LamarJune concert. Fans at X say The Game was frozen out of the West Coast show due to his relationship with arch rival K-Dot, Drake.
In the wake of The Pop Out: Ken & Friends Concert, which featured Kendrick Lamar and a slew of famous friends, The Game's absence along with a variety of West Coast acts stood out as an odd moment. While the former Aftermath frontman doesn't seem bothered by being banned from the show, fans at X are speculating that the artist born Jayceon Taylor was left out of the bill due to his alignment with Drake.
Back in April, Game posted a video of himself listening to Drizzy's track “Energy,” which some believed was on the side of the so-called 6 God. In the now-deleted post, fans criticized Game for seemingly going against fellow Compton native Lamar, though the rapper has never publicly taken sides.
However, everyone's perspective leads fans to believe that this is why Game, a skilled rapper despite what some might say, was not a part of the epic performances that included YG, his mainstays TDE, Ab-Soul, Jay Rock and ScHoolby. Q, and others.
At X, the jokes are flying about The Game now appearing on the account, and we've got the best we can find below.
