The Osbournes have a new addition to the family, having adopted a bulldog that was brutally set on fire before being rescued by an organization that specializes in saving injured dogs.
In the latest edition of The Osbournes In the podcast, Sharon, Ozzy, Kelly and Jack talk about bringing the new dog into your home. The family had adopted the bulldog just a day before taping the episode and were still deciding on a name, with “Walter,” “Baby” and “Porkchop” as contenders.
The Osbournes shared the story of how they got the bulldog, with Sharon explaining: “I was scrolling through TikTok… and I saw this little angel, and they set him on fire and he left. [behind], and he was very, very skinny. And a boy saw it [and] saved him, and rescued helpless heroes [organization] took him in and basically saved his life. … All they do is rescue dogs that have been hurt.”
Jack chimed in, “They did a great job on him, because he was badly burned,” and Kelly mused, “How can a human being do what they did to this dog? “I don't understand how people can be sick.”
The Osbournes have a long history of fostering rescue dogs, as they were also joined on the podcast by their Pomeranian Wesley, who was found on the streets a while ago.
Meanwhile, Ozzy lamented that many people took in dogs during the COVID pandemic, but then returned them once they had to return to the office or resume normal activities.
Turning her attention back to her new bulldog, Kelly commented, “To me, the most beautiful thing about the whole situation is that after such terrible things were done to him, he is still full of love.” To which Ozzy added: “I don't know how anyone could have set this damn dog on fire!”
