Vince McMahon is once again in trouble for being a very creepy person.
*Trigger warning: this post will touch on alleged sexual assault*
A former WWE employee has slapped Vince McMahon and another former executive with a federal lawsuit accusing him of serious allegations of sexual harassment and offering her to a WWE superstar for sex.
Bruh.
Janel Grant, who worked in WWE's legal and talent departments, details in the 67-page lawsuit how McMahon, now 78, forced her to have sex with him in order to get a job with the company.
Per Vulture:
WWE employee Janel Grant is seeking to void the NDA she allegedly signed in exchange for reputation protection and a $3 million payout. He claims that McMahon ā whose net worth is $2.8 billion ā stopped payments after receiving only $1 million. The lawsuit alleges that once News of McMahon's NDA payments surfaced in June 2022, WWE leaked Grant's name to a media blogger ā who is not named in the suit but has since identified online as Brad Shepard ā in what Grant and her legal team describe as “a blatant intimidation tactic.”
It also says McMahon distributed pornographic images and videos of her having sex with other men to other people, WWE employees and allegedly Brock Lesnar, according to The Wall Street Journal.
McMahon also offered Grant to Lesnar for sex, and the MMA athlete-turned-wrestler reportedly requested a video of Grant urinating. Vulture References.
The lawsuit details the alleged cruelty and degradation
The lawsuit also describes the “extreme cruelty and humiliation” Grant allegedly subjected her to, accusing McMahon of defecating on her during a threesome, “ordering her to continue to please his 'boyfriend'” while his waste was in her hair and running down her back. .
McMahon is also accused of using sex toys named after WWE superstars on Grant and causing her to engage in sexual acts with other WWE employees, including head of talent relations John Laurinaitis, who is also named in the lawsuit.
There was also an incident detailed in the lawsuit where McMahon and Laurinaitis dropped Grant into Laurinaitis' locked office during a workday and in turn sexually assaulted her, ignoring her pleas to stop.
Why was the grant made public?
Grant's reps said she wanted her testimony to be made public and came with the evidence in the form of embarrassing text exchanges with McMahon.
McMahon told Grant that their “relationship” ended in January 2022 after his wife, Linda McMahon, found out and even fired her from the company.
The lawsuit states that McMahon began pressuring Grant to sign an NDA and receive a hush payment of $3 million. Things reportedly didn't stop after Grant agreed to sign the NDA, with McMahon trying to pitch her to a WWE superstar visiting New York in March 2022.
“Ms. Grant is filing this lawsuit not only to address her own plight,” the lawsuit states. “But also to act for those who are afraid to speak up.”
We'll see if this opens the door to more disturbing claims.
