On his “Ridiculously Self-Indulgent Ill-Advised Vanity Tour,” “Weird Al” Yankovic covered a total of 77 songs, from Foo Fighters to Doobie Brothers to Smash Mouth. As he prepares to embark on a tour in 2025, it looks like he's added a few more covers to his repertoire, including “HOT TO GO!” by Chappell Roan.
“Weird Al” premiered his interpretation of The Rise and Fall of a Midwestern Princess Track alongside comedian Will Forte in THUNDERGONG! – Jason Sudeikis' annual benefit in Kansas City, Missouri, on Saturday night. Check out the fan-captured images below.

By the way, someone recently released a change.org petition encouraging “Weird Al” to cover “HOT TO GO!”, stating: “By bringing his unique humor and stylistic individuality to 'Hot to Go!', 'Weird Al' Yankovic has the power to lift spirits around the world, alleviating some of the turmoil we all endure daily.”
“Weird Al’s “The Bigger & Weirder 2025 Tour” will kick off in June 2025 and promises to feature his biggest hits along with fan favorites and live rarities. Visiting a total of 65 cities, the walk also features an elaborate production that includes a giant video wall, multiple costume changes, and an eight-piece backing ensemble featuring the original Yankvoic band.
