Conservative commentator Matt Walsh should surprise absolutely no one—the guy who defends white nationalismit spreads racist and oversimplified propaganda about black families, he wrongly believes white men are not allowed to build airports anymore, and he cries against white racism in historically overwhelmingly white Hollywood—he's really upset that white people aren't allowed to use the n-word.
According CLTVthe Daily Wire host was referring to an incident in which a white pizza delivery guy was caught on a Ring camera using the n-word when he started ranting about how white people could use the word all they want. they want because black people use it among themselves—and an age-old argument made by salty Caucasians who simply refuse to admit that they want to use the slur because they're racist. (But whatever, maybe Walsh isn't really racist and it's just a coincidence that the guy who thinks mermaids couldn't be black because —*check notes*—science he's also the type who wants them to be white finally free to use the n-word whenever they want.)
“The claim, I guess, is that this Pizza Hut delivery guy is just using the n-word with customers as a greeting, because that's what it would be. Like, if he actually said it there, then so be it—he didn't even mean it as an insult,” Walsh said. “He just—apparently that's exactly what it is—that's his way of saying hello.”
Daily Wire host Matt Walsh has been called a racist on several occasions. Just last week, Walsh made this strange claim white men are not allowed let's build airports now. And now he's expressing frustration that black people can use the n-word but white people can't. Someone is actually paying the guy to talk about trivial things. This time, it's a supposed white pizza delivery guy who said the n-word, and I guess he saw the video of the ring online and figured it was a prank. However, according to Walsh, a father of six, white people should be able to use the offensive word if black people do. Walsh believes that blacks oppress whites. Stop laughing. That's how it goes.
“The claim, I guess, is that this Pizza Hut delivery guy is just using the n-word with customers as a greeting, because that's what it would be. Like, if he actually said it there, then like that — he didn't even mean it as an insult,” Walsh said, according to Media issues. “It's just—apparently that's just it—that's his way of saying hello.”
“And if that were true, it would mean that, at worst, he's guilty of using the n-word in the same way that many Black people use it,” he continued. “And that's why we have to be careful here. It is important to point out that the claim is a lie. Even if it's hard to hear exactly what word or phrase he's using at the end of the clip — he obviously didn't say the n-word — but even when we call this prank for what it is, we have to make sure they're not implicitly supporting the premise that if the delivery driver had said that word in that context, he would have been guilty of some great moral crime.'
Walsh can't even decide if he wants to defend the deliveryman's use of the n-word or deny that he used it all together, but, really, it doesn't matter, because unlike what racists like Walsh are just itching for saying the word would have us believe – there's actually nothing stopping white people from using the n-word.
In fact, Walsh even acknowledged the fact that white people are under no obligation to refrain from using the word, which might make one wonder what exactly this comically fragile white person is complaining about.
“But you know, No white person has virtually any moral obligation to abide by the insane, completely indefensible, ridiculous rule that states that this word is acceptable to be used in any context by one race but in no context by another race,” he said. “I mean, the idea that the pigmentation of your skin should determine whether you're allowed to pronounce certain syllables in a certain combination is completely absurd.”
*yawn*
Someone should remind Walh that America was built, in part, on the idea that “the color of your skin should determine whether” a person is even fully human, let alone allowed to say whatever they want. And the oppressive use of the n-word by white people is part of that history, as is its recovery.
“N*gga” – when it comes out of a black person's mouth – carries a variety of connotations ranging from the lovable “my n*gga” to the significantly less lovable “b***h-ass n*gga,” but nevertheless we use it, there is no implied racism. The thing is, there's a cultural context at play here that most white people wouldn't understand and would do well to just respect the history involved and keep the word out of their mouths.
Or whatever, they might just be like Matt Walsh and cry about it because they don't have the critical thinking ability to think about the past: “But… but *smell* if they can say it, why can't I?'
