The country legend will play three shows at the Venetian: “How many hits can we fit in one show? Let's find out!!!!”
Wynonna Judd will head to Las Vegas to celebrate her storied 40-year career with a series of shows at the Venetian Resort in December.
The three concerts will take place on December 11, 13 and 14, all starting at 8:30 p.m. (and coincide with the National Finals Rodeo competition). According to a press release, the show is being billed as a “Greatest Hits” concert to commemorate the start of Judd's career in 1984, when she and her late mother, Naomi, played their first concert together as the Judds. (The Judds also held a residency reunion of their own at the Venetian in 2015.)
“Sometimes I feel like you just need to throw yourself a big party! This is a milestone year for me,” Wynonna said. “Mum and I played our first show in 1984, which means I've been playing live for 40 years. That's more than half my life! The Greatest Hits celebration is a chance for the fans and me to celebrate. It has been with me for so long and I hope everyone gets to hear their favorite song. How many hits can we fit into one show? Let's find out!!!!”
tickets for the concerts go on sale this Friday, July 12 at 10am. PT. A variety of pre-sales will begin on July 9 at 10am. PT, with complete information available at Judd's website.
