42 Dugg started the release for his debut album, 4eva Us Neva Them. Yes, you read that right. If you're confused about how this could be his first album, it's because the five projects he's released so far are technically mixtapes. Although the latter four were released under Yo Gotti's CMG label, and while Dugg appeared on the label's two CMG albums Gangsta Art and Gangsta Art 2, 4eva Us Neva Them will indeed be his first official album under the Memphis imprint, whose roster also includes Yo Gotti, Moneybagg Yo, GloRilla, Blac Youngsta, EST Gee and Mozzy, among others.
Last week, Dugg posted the album's artwork on Instagram and revealed the June 7 release date, while telling fans to look out for lead single “Win Wit Us” in the caption. “Don't worry, I'll turn this b—ch back UP😈😎,” she wrote on May 16. “4eva Us Neva them my first album JUNE muf—king 7th‼️‼️‼️‼️ Ah lil something to set the tone though #winwitus OUT NOW”
The Detroit rapper has remained active ever since released from prison in October 2023 after serving 17 months in prison for gun possession. He dropped a few loose ones, including “Let's go again“, “SpinDatBac“, “Wock N Redand featured in “Sexy Red”Perfect match” next to G Herbo. So with “Win Wit Us” he wants to keep that momentum going.
The video shows Dugg wearing the gradient Supreme x Nike Ripstop tracksuit surrounded by his best buds talking about the aggressive production. With his four-two signature, his chorus melts into his lyrics as he captures street life in a way only he can.
