50 Cent really made his mark on cable TV with the hit Starz series, Power, and the spinoff show that followed. Now the Queens rapper wants to continue creating new projects thanks to his new film and television studios in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Fiddy took to Instagram on Wednesday (December 13) to introduce his brand new studios G-Unit Film & TV Inc. in the South, soon after the Shreveport City Council approved taking over the massive site in Louisiana, according to KSLA12. Posting some photos of his new workspace, 50 captioned it, “All roads lead to Shreveport if you're ready to work in 🎥film and TV. According KSLA12, City Mayor Tom Arceneaux couldn't be more excited about the new venture saying, “For a period after 2005, we enjoyed a very strong television and film industry in the Shreveport area. This will bring back I think many of these people and revitalize this industry in our area. So I think the film industry is going to boom again in Shreveport.”
It will be lit cinematically in the South.
