50 Cent won't hesitate to tell you his lawyers to protect himself. he enjoys it so much that he revealed that he has spent a ridiculous amount on legal fees.
Talking to Wallo and Gillie on an episode of their podcast Million Dollaz worth game50 Cent touched on many topics, including his finances.
One issue that has raised eyebrows has been G-Unit's overall spending of more than $20 million in legal fees as it continues to rise through the ranks of Hip-Hop and entertainment.
“I've spent $24 million in my career so far. I can't wait until I'm rich,” said Fife. “For lawyers only. I've spent $24 million in my career on legal fees.” Hilariously, he noted that when things get spicy and his opponents test him, he has his lawyers on speed dial. “When I am disturbed, I will send the king's lawyers.”
The “Wanksta” rapper also revealed that he doesn't have a management team, opting to have legal representation all along.
“I have a general counsel. I don't have a manager,” he said. “Why do I need you to manage me? I have done every deal 100 times that I would do for myself as a music artist. Why do I need you to do this? Everyone wants to work for a percentage and you want a percentage from me? You didn't build it, I built it.”
As we previously reported, 50 Cent also had time for Damon Dash, citing the embattled cake-a-holic as hating his million dollar deal with Shady Aftermath.
