The duo talk about how the emotionality of the album felt like the stakes were high, the choice to open with the dark and sinister “Hell,” and the specific sonic textures they were going for with producer John Congleton. The band also talks about having Succession Actress J. Smith Cameron stars in the video for “Say It Like You Mean It.”
