Ariana Grande has announced her seventh studio album, eternal sunscheduled for release on March 8 via Republic.
Arriving three and a half years after 2020 Positions, eternal sun It marks the end of the longest break Grande has ever taken between subsequent studio albums. Although the pop star has yet to share many additional details behind the album, it's worth noting that eternal sun will be released almost 20 years after the release of the film by Michel Gondry and Charlie Kaufman Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind; The psychological romantic drama stars Jim Carrey, of whom Grande is a real fan.
It is also safe to assume eternal sun will include last week's comeback single “yes, and?”, which Grande co-wrote and co-produced with Max Martin and Ilya Salmanzadeh. Check out the album artwork below.
Last year, Grande released a 10th anniversary reissue of her debut album. Sincerely, shortly after split from his former manager, Scooter Braun. She will appear as Glinda the Good Witch in the upcoming film adaptation of Wickedand the first of its two parts will premiere this November.
