Future and Metro Boomin keep their momentum going We Don't Trust You joint album. The Atlanta duo enlisted The Weeknd to deliver the combative music video to their excellent collaboration “Young Metro.”
Directed by Hidji World and Omar Jones, the clip arrived on Monday (March 25) and the trio are ready for war while holding their concrete bunker.
Only the trusted have access to the fortress, and Future made sure to bring some beautiful women with him. One of the girls reaches into her gym bag while another develops superhuman strength to bench press Metro's armored Tesla Cybertrunk.
“I got these regular hs, I got superstars taking pictures of me like the feds/Check out my video, bitch, that's stupid, he/ got me with a jewel grinder in bed,” Pluto raps.
The Weeknd accepts the call to appear in the middle of the street to accompany his ominous crown on “Young Metro.” Rocking all black and a bandana to cover his nose and mouth, Abel exudes the same exasperated anger as HBO's controversial character Tedros The idolwhich had pulled the plug after one season.
The crew adds Don Toliver and they gather for another meeting deep into the night to plan an attack before the clip ends.
We Don't Trust You arrived Friday (March 22) to much fanfare thanks in part to a nuclear assist from Kendrick Lamar on standout track “Like That.” Expect “Young Metro” to be among the tracks from the album to storm the Billboard Hot 100 next week.
