Grace Kelley, the 27-year-old daughter of country star Wynonna Judd, was arrested in Alabama after she allegedly exposed herself at a busy intersection.
Kelley, whom Judd shares with ex-husband Arch Kelley III, was taken into custody on Friday afternoon (April 5) after she allegedly “exposed her breasts and lower body” at the intersection between Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook, Ala., and refused to identify herself to police, according to local news stations AL.com and WSFA 12.
Per online records for Elmore County Jail, Kelley was charged with indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations, and her bond is set for $1000.
Billboard has reached out to Judd’s representatives for more information.
Kelley has a history of legal trouble, stretching back to 2016 when she was arrested for meth possession. In 2018, she was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating her probation and leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program.
She was reportedly released from jail in late 2022, but was arrested and jailed in May 2023 for violating an order of protection and restraining order and violating parole, according to The Daily Beast. She was then released in October 2023.
Kelly also welcomed a daughter, Kaliyah Chanel, while on a temporary leave of absence from jail in March 2022.
