Olivia’s New York run included plenty of special moments, including Noah Kahan joining her on stage last Friday night for a duet of Noah’s famed song, “Stick Season” which Olivia has covered in the past. On Tuesday night, legendary singer-songwriter Jewel took the stage to sing her 1995 hit “You Were Meant for Me” alongside Olivia; all four shows also featured 90s rock band The Breeders as openers.
Another surprise guest that joined Olivia during the first leg of the tour was Sheryl Crow on the Nashville stop at Bridgestone Arena for a rendition of “If It Makes You Happy.”
The GUTS world tour kicked off on February 24 in Greater Palm Springs at Acrisure Arena to critical acclaim and traveled across the U.S. and Canada with 28 sold-out shows in Austin, Miami, Nashville, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, and more. The first leg of the tour featured support from singer-songwriter Chappell Roan and The Breeders. The Breeders, PinkPantheress, and Remi Wolf will join Olivia on select dates throughout the rest of the global tour.
The tour supports Olivia’s GRAMMY-nominated sophomore album, GUTS, which was released September 8, 2023 via Geffen Records. During the first leg of the tour, Olivia also released her Deluxe album, GUTS (spilled) on March 22, 2024 with five additional tracks.
The GUTS world tour’s European leg kicks off on Tuesday, April 30 with back-to-back shows in Dublin, Ireland at 3Arena before making stops in Manchester, Glasgow, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Oslo, Berlin, Paris and more. Olivia will also be performing a massive four shows at The O2 in London. Following the European leg, Olivia will return to North America for the last 18 shows of the tour.
