It's been a month since Diddy posted his apology video on Instagram following the release of security footage showing him brutally beating Cassie in a hotel hallway in 2016. Recently, Diddy took down all of his Instagram posts , including the misogyny of sorry, and many people are curious as to why.
According TMZ, the disgraced music mogul deleted his social media page just last week. Of course, many people started coming up with their theories behind Diddy's actions, but apparently, it was just something Diddy wanted to do for a while. Looking for a new start on social media, the No way out The rapper has apparently rebooted his online life as his real life continues to go through all kinds of turmoil.

The internet has been abuzz with theories about what might be behind the move — but sources with direct knowledge have assured us that there's nothing more behind the move than Puff wanting to bring back his posts… which we they say he has done in the past.
We're told Diddy wasn't blasting Cassie either by getting rid of his apology — which is evident by the fact that he deleted all of his posts… not just this one.
The way our sources put it… Diddy's apology was seen around the world and posted/streamed everywhere — so everyone saw it and it's out there forever. As for the feel… we're told Diddy meant what he said in that clip, and that still holds true today.
In other words… his IG scrubbing is in no way a knock on his ex — nor does it diminish the seriousness of his rant. Plus… our sources say he's done this before — so this isn't unusual for him… it's just magnified because of all the attention lately.
He may also not want any of his past posts to be used as evidence as authorities continue to investigate him for drug and sex trafficking. I am just saying'.
Of course, his team says this wasn't a “strategic” move. But with all the heat Diddy has been getting from the Justice Department, he'll have to figure out why people are suspicious of his latest actions.
