Taylor Swift isn't over the epic moment Travis Kelce joined her on stage during her Eras tour at Wembley Stadium. On Monday, the pop star celebrated her first round of London concerts with a sweet post dedicated to those who followed her on stage over the weekend, including Kelce, who carried her during Tormented poets part of her show.
“Still cracking up/remembering @killatrav's Eras tour debut 🥰,” Swift wrote on Instagram. “I'm never going to forget those shows. I can't wait to do it 5 more times in August.”
Kelce brought Swift onstage during her introduction of “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” on Sunday night. The singer also thanked Gracie Abrams and Hayley Williams, who joined her on stage for surprise songs throughout her stops.
“The first round at Wembley was so surreal. Looking out into crowds of 90,000 fans every night and hearing this VOL,” he wrote. “Those were some of the loudest crowds I've ever heard. Audio segments DISABLED.”
“I got to sing 'Castles Crumbling' with @yelyahwilliams for the first time — I hadn't played with her since 2011, and man, my heart was so full of love for her and our friendship,” she wrote. “Then the incredibly gifted and wonderful @gracieabrams came on and wowed the crowd with the first performance of our song 'Us'.”
Sunday's crowd of 90,000 also included many VIP guests including Paul McCartney, Peter Gabriel, Jon Bon Jovi and Ellie Goulding. On Friday night, Prince William attended with Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who snapped a selfie with Swift and Kelce. “Happy Birthday M8! The London shows are off to a great start,” Swift wrote.
Next weekend, Swift heads to Dublin, Ireland. The European and UK leg of the tour runs through August before returning to North America for a run of dates concluding on December 8th at BC Place in Vancouver. Swift also recently announced that she will be ending her Eras tour for good at the end of 2024.
