Bebe Rexha has thanked her fans for “checking up” on her after her recent social media posts.
The 34-year-old singer-songwriter has thanked her fans for their support after she took to X/Twitter on Tuesday to share a series of posts threatening to expose problems in the music industry.
“Thank you to everyone checking up on me. I’m working through these issues and fighting for what I deserve,” Bebe wrote in a post on Wednesday.
The I’m Good singer then encouraged news outlets to “support” her new music, referring to her latest song I’m The Drama, which was released on Sunday.
“Many news outlets have asked for an interview. If you want to write about me please support my new music. Thank you again. Love you,” she wrote.
In a post on Tuesday, Bebe said she was “frustrated” with what was going on behind the scenes in the music industry.
“I could bring down a BIG chunk of this industry. I AM frustrated. I Have been UNDERMINED,” she wrote. “I’ve been so quiet for the longest time.”
The Meant to Be singer added that “things must change or I’m telling ALL of my truths. The good the bad and the ugly.”
Bebe was then accused by an X user of sharing the post as a “marketing” strategy to promote her new song, to which Bebe replied, “Marketing? I have no budget for that. IM FED UP.”
In a separate post on Tuesday, Bebe showed her appreciation for her fans, writing, “Honestly you all have given me the strength.”
