Sexyy Red and André 3000 bonded with haters during a recent appearance on Uninterrupted's The store.
In a clip posted on The storeOn her Instagram page, the St. Louis rapper was talking about doubters when Andre stepped in and told her to let the hate motivate her.
“They still don't believe in me, so I just say, 'I'm going to show you who I am,'” he said. “And as he said, they don't understand that we really came from nothing and then go on to great achievements. Like, this is something for us. And then they just say, “You're not doing anything.” But for us, it's like no one does that.”
Stacks chimed in to give her some advice, saying, “Fuel. Use it for fuel. Hate fuel, man, it's the best shit. It's free energy.”
Sexyy Red then responded, “I love it when they talk about me, I'm not gonna lie,” to which André said, “That's not free energy, that makes me go, that makes me come in. I love it when somebody he doubts.” He then responded in agreement, saying, “Because now I'm going to show you something.”
A fan took 3000's quote 'hater fuel' as a challenge, telling the rapper-became a flutist to “stick to that lil flute”, which started a hilarious thread of answers for things like couldn't handle a Madlib hit the that Sexy Red could rape him.
On Tuesday (July 9), The store released a clip featuring André 3000 telling a story about the time Pimp C got mad at him for taking the beat from his verse when they were making the classic love song 'Int'l Players Anthem'.
This particular episode will also feature fashion designer Jerry Lorenzo, BMX athlete Nigel Sylvester and comedian-actress Jiaoying Summers and will premiere on Thursday, July 11 at 12 p.m. ET.
