Italian producer Anyma announced today (July 23rd) that he will sell out all six of Sphere's upcoming shows, for a total of 100,000 tickets.
tickets went on sale earlier today, while a pre-sale event was held yesterday.
The series' first show, New Year's Eve, was announced just last week, with five additional dates subsequently added due to what series promoter Live Nation described as “overwhelming demand”. From December 27 to January 1, the shows will make Anyma the first electronic artist to play the Las Vegas tech venue since it opened in September 2023.
“Three years ago, when I started Anyma, I never would have thought we would get this far, all I can say is thank you,” the artist born Matteo Milleri. He wrote on Instagram. “To all 100,000 of you in attendance, I promise to give you the best show of my life, with special surprises and guests lined up.”
Milleri has performed around the world as Anyma and as part of the long-running duo Tale Of Us. Anyma has often been on the bill for Tale Of Us' acclaimed Afterlife events, which usually feature a collection of artists performing before Tale Of Us headlines.
Afterlife's Oct. 13-14 shows at Los Angeles State Historic Park grossed a total of $4.2 million and sold 37,200 tickets, according to numbers reported to Billboard Boxscore.
Afterlife takes its name from the label of the same name founded by Tale Of Us in 2016, with releases focusing heavily on the same genre of techno and melodic techno that Anyma is known for.
The Sphere show will find Anyma bringing his Genesys show to Las Vegas, marking the last times this show will be held. The show officially has a title Afterlife Presents Anyma: The End of Genesys and will still have unannounced special guests.
