Father John Misty has announced a greatest hits compilation. The new album, Greatish Hits: I Follow My Dreams and My Dreams Said to Crawlfeatures pieces from Fear Fun (2012), I love you, Honeybear (2015), Pure Comedy (2017), God's favorite customer (2018) and Chloë and the Next 20th Century (2022), as well as the 2016 single “Real Love Baby”. The collection closes with the lone new track, “I Guess Time Just Makes Fools of Us All.” Find the song and compilation below. Sub Pop will of course release the collection on August 16th.
Joshua Tillman debuted as Father John Misty in 2012. His self-titled debut album, Fear Fun, followed by years of release as J. Tillman. None of singer-songwriter J. Tillman's work appears Greatish Hits.
According to a press release, Father John Misty will release a new album later in 2024, and it will include “I Guess Time Makes Fools of Us All.”
