Snoop Dogg came prepared with snacks to watch the men's basketball quarterfinal between Team USA and Brazil at the Paris Olympics this week.
In a now-viral clip that was posted on social media and later shared on Snoop's Instagram pagethe “Drop It Like It's Hot” rapper is seen cheering on the team while sitting in the audience with Olympic women's basketball champion A'ja Wilson.
At the game, Snoop was seen dressed in an American flag T-shirt with the Olympic rings on it and a black newsboy cap, paired with aviator sunglasses. At some point during the day, the star leans over to Wilson and offers the athlete some Skittles. “Would you like some candy mom?” Snoops asks Wilson, who excitedly replies, “Oh, bet!”

Snoop became the unofficial mascot for Team USA at the 2024 Olympics in Paris, enjoying several sports in between commentating with NBC. On Monday night (August 5), he appeared at the USA Basketball 50th Anniversary Party co-hosted by Comcast NBCUniversal. LeBron James, Steph Curry, Anthony Edwards, Aya Wilson, Diana Taurasi and more were all in the building. Even NFL legend Tom Brady made an appearance, as well as Team USA alums Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony and Sue Bird.
Snoop took the stage rocking a shirt with Wilson in her USA jersey to perform hits like the Billboard Hot 100 anthem “Drop It Like It's Hot” and covered Next's “Too Close.” Eventually, a few members of Team USA joined him on stage to take part in the festivities.
