Intestines and The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess you share a producer in Dan Nigro, who has also worked with Sky Ferreira, Conan Grey, and Caroline Polachek. For their partnership, Chappell Roan said in 2022 Rolling Stone interview, “I love it when people push me and tell me that my lyrics or performance aren't good enough. That's not really the case with most of the co-writers out there that I've worked with. Until I met Dan.” Their first collaboration was 2018's “Pink Pony Club,” which appears in full.
Chappell Roan also recently took to TikTok to express her frustration about fans' invasive behavior, saying: “It's weird how people think you know a person just because you see them online and hear their art. This is strange. I'm allowed to say no to creepy behavior.”
The album is pressed on 2xLP vinyl and contains 14 tracks. In all pressures, the rails are split on three sides, leaving the fourth side empty.
