I'm traveling to Indio to participate in Stagecoach. What is the best hotel to stay near the Empire Polo Club?
Fans attending Stagecoach can find great hotels in Indio or the nearby towns of Palm Desert and La Quinta. Some hotels will have direct transportation to Stagecoach via the festival shuttle, while others can take you to the Indian Wells Tennis Center and then to the festival via shuttle as well.
Each of the following hotels will have transport links and are therefore highly recommended:
Hampton Inn & Suites Indio — The Hampton Inn & Suites in Indio is one of the closest lodging options to the Empire Polo Club and is a short shuttle ride to and from Stagecoach. It's a great mid- to low-budget option that puts you right on the path to Stagecoach.
Marriott Villas in Desert Spring — Located next to the JW Marriott in Palm Desert, these Desert Spring villas are beautiful, private, and accessible by shuttle. They’re a bit more luxurious (though not as much as the neighboring hotel), but their Palm Desert location is perfect for getting to and from the Empire Polo Club.
Homewood Suites Palm Desert — Another Palm Desert hotel, the Homewood Suites is located just off the 10 Freeway and next to a large shopping mall and retail complex. The hotel is equipped with a large pool, ample parking and a Stagecoach-accessible location.
Embassy Suites La Quinta — Located in La Quinta, the Embassy Suites is within walking distance of the Empire Polo Club. With a large pool and stunning desert views, it's a great location for attending Stagecoach.
