Australian rockers Jet have released their first new songs in 15 years, the single “Hurry Hurry” and its B-side, “Un'avventura.” The new songs come after Jet revealed earlier this year that they were working on their first album since 2009. Shaka Rockwith plans for a launch in 2025.
Jet has been touring in constant support of the 20th anniversary of his successful debut album, Be born“Hurry Hurry” became a fixture on their set list during shows in Australia in the spring. “'Hurry Hurry' is our first single in 15 years and a little taster as we continue to work on our next album,” said Jet frontman Nic Cester. “We’ve been playing 'Hurry Hurry' live to a great response from our fans in Australia, we can’t wait to debut it live at our overseas shows in Italy, the UK and the US.”
Jet achieved massive success in 2003. Be bornthanks to huge hits like “Are You Gonna Be My Girl” and “Cold Hard Bitch.” They've only released two more albums since, taking a couple of extended breaks along the way.
