What was the best part of shooting the Bose campaign?
Lisa: I had so much fun working with Bose! I am so excited to be a part of the new campaign. The best part of shooting the campaign was that I get to work with products that I love. I have to try it [Open Audio] feature [on the Ultra Open Earbuds] which was very nice.
What are some of the features you like about the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds?
The Ultra Open Earbuds look as good as they sound. [They] let me listen to my music while staying connected to everything around me.
What are some songs on your personal soundtrack?
I would say “New Woman” and [Sabrina Carpenter’s] “Espresso.”
Bose's campaign takes you behind the scenes. What are some of your pre-stage rituals?
I always like to mentally prepare myself with a short prayer before going on stage.
You released the song 'Rockstar' earlier this summer. How would you describe the climate of your solo music? And how do you channel that rockstar confidence when you play?
“Rockstar” is a song with a very catchy beat and powerful performance. I feel confident when I know exactly what I'm doing. For example, learning a choreography and practicing it until I'm confident in it.
When you're not recording or performing, how do you make ends meet?
I like to stay at home with my dogs and cats, watch TV and relax.
