Styx has announced a week-long residency at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, scheduled for early 2025.
The residency includes five shows taking place on January 24, 25, 29, 31 and February 1, and will see the progressive rock legends perform their seminal 1977 album. The great illusion in its entirety, as well as other selected hits.

The upcoming Las Vegas shows will mark the first time Styx has played all of The great illusion in concert. The album remains the best-selling LP in the band's catalog, anchored by the smash hit “Come Sail Away.”
Meanwhile, Styx just wrapped up a co-headlining tour with Foreigner in August, but still have headlining dates left in 2024 (get tickets here). The group's current lineup includes James “JY” Young (lead vocals, guitars), Tommy Shaw (lead vocals, guitars), Chuck Panozzo (bass, vocals), Todd Sucherman (drums, percussion), Lawrence Gowan (lead vocals, keyboards), Will Evankovich (mandolin, guitars), and Terry Gowan (bass, guitar, vocals).
