The complaints against Didi they keep growing day by day. Four different men are now accusing him of sexual assault.
As was mentioned with TMZ, there are more people who say they suffered at the hands of the entertainment mogul. The first John Doe says he worked at Ecko Clothing in 2008. During a visit to the Macy's flagship store in Manhattan, he ran into Diddy and three of his bodyguards in the warehouse. The 'Missing You' rapper was allegedly pistol-whipping him. While on the ground, he says Didi then told him to “Shock my ***, Echo” and proceeded to orally rape him.
Another man says he was contracted to work at Diddy's White Party in 2006. The plaintiff believes he consumed a laced drink while at the event. Later, he says Diddy forced him into a truck and sodomized him. This plaintiff claims that the assault left him with semen leaking from his anus. Another unidentified man shares a similar story, but his incident happened in 2011. This man says he had a drink and shortly afterwards became disoriented. He says he then woke up in a bedroom with different men sodomizing him, but “clearly remembers” Diddy on top of him during the crime.
The latter man says he attended a White Party in 1998 when he was just 16 years old. He claims he took a photo with Diddy, but the businessman took an interest in the young man and asked to speak to him privately. This plaintiff claims that Diddy expressed that the young man had the right look for a career in music and then asked him to drop his pants so he could inspect his private area. The man gave in to peer pressure and says Didi continued to fondle his genitals.
Representing the four aforementioned plaintiffs is Tony Buzbee, the Texas-based attorney who recently claimed to represent a total of 120 of Diddy's victims. Didi's lawyer denied those claims in an exclusive statement USA Today. “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today's barrage of depositions were clear attempts to gain publicity. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.”
Didi maintains his innocence. His federal trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025.
