Rihanna wants to work with Billie Eilish: “She's so good”

Rihanna is a fan of Billie Eilish!

In an interview with an 11-year-old reporter at the recent launch event for her new Fenty x Puma collection this week, RiRi was asked who her dream musical partner would be. “If I could do a song with Billie Eilish. She is so good,” she shared.

New music has been a long-standing desire for RiRi fans. The “Love on the Brain” singer hasn't released an album since then Anti dropped in 2016 and spent two weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. The project also featured three Billboard Hot 100 top 10 hits, including the No. 1 “Work,” featuring Drake. In July 2017, he reached No. 2 with Bryson Tiller on DJ Khaled's “Wild Thoughts”.

Most recently, just before halftime of the 2023 Super Bowl, Rihanna dropped “Lift Me Up,” which appeared on the Marvel sequel's soundtrack. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Rihanna also revealed she is starting over with her elusive ninth studio album and the beauty mogul is “preparing” to return to the studio with her new perspective. “Yeah, I'm starting over,” RiRi said album-explains-im-retired-shirt-exclusive-227123″>Entertainment Tonight. “But I don't want to neglect the songs that I have, so I really want to go back and listen to things with new ears, with my new perspective, and then see what works and what I'm still in love with.”
